Job Description PRIMARY FUNCTION: This position plans, develops, presents, monitors, and improves the System's budget formulation execution programs, manpower/position allocation and control systems, and student enrollment forecasting and reporting. REPORTS TO: Chief Financial Officer SALARY SCHEDULE: 303 WORK DAYS: 250 REQUIREMENTS: Education and Experience Required: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Public Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field. Six (6)years of experience in a responsible capacity in the budgeting field in either the governmental or private sector.
