Come join us on 70 beautiful acres at a day camp that balances sports, arts, nature, and the formation of core memories (i.e. playing Tug of War in 500 pounds of Jell-O). In the role of the Division Leader you will be in charge of supervising a grade of campers and their counselors (typically 10-15 staff members). You will serve as a role model and mentor, guiding young staff as they learn to manage and inspire children. You will support counselors in behavior management, communication, and camper engagement. You will also be the point person for parent communication, ensuring that all campers are set up for success everyday when they step onto campus.
