As our Lower Camp Music Instructor, you'll introduce campers ages 4-9 to the world of music through fun, hands-on, beginner-friendly lessons that spark curiosity and creativity. You'll teach the basic fundamentals of musical instruments while keeping sessions engaging, playful, and perfectly tailored for our smallest musicians. You'll lead groups of approximately 15 campers during 35-minute periods, with the support of 1-3 counselors who remain with the group as assistants while you take the lead. Job Description Lights, camera, action! Do you love theater and performing arts, and want to instill that passion in today's youth? The Drama Instructor role at Everwood would be the perfect fit for you! You will get to design and execute your own curriculum for campers ages 10 to 15, everything from Improv warm-ups, to costume design, to performance arts - this position is what you make it! In summers past we have put on an "Everwood Musical" production including an audition process for campers wanting to participate. The show historically includes a compilation of musical theater songs from varying productions featuring costumes, props, and choreography and vocal performances in large groups, small groups, duos, trios, and solos!
