Job Description Upper School Science Teacher Beginning August 2026 Description: Fay School seeks a dynamic, flexible, and creative Science Teacher who understands how to engage students in hands-on learning, foster curiosity, and inspire a lifelong love for scientific inquiry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in science education and be able to teach any upper school course, including life science, physical science, and biology. Candidates should be interested in innovatively integrating greenhouse-based, hands-on learning into the curriculum to foster students' understanding of ecology, environmental science, and sustainability. Outside the classroom, the Science Teacher is an advisor to a small group of students, coaches or assists in other afternoon programs for two terms, and participates in the residential life program as a campus resident or off-campus faculty member.
