ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Performs skilled and semi-skilled maintenance tasks to repair and maintain buildings, grounds and equipment (e.g., replaces glass, roofs, furniture, equipment, installs and repairs appliances, plumbing, minor electrical systems, performs minor remodeling, etc.).
