Job Description CLINIC NURSE Clearcreek Elementary (second semester start) SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Building Principal in cooperation, the Clinic Nurse conducts and coordinates school health services and programs; provides care for ill and injured students and staff; takes part in IEP's and team meetings; keeps health records as required and assists with the implementation of school health services which will enhance the educational environment for students and staff in the Springboro Community Schools. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS : 1. Conducts school health screenings as required. 2. Maintains up-to-date cumulative health records on all students and staff. 3. Administers first aid in accordance with current accepted first aid procedures. 4. Advises on modification of the educational program to meet health needs of individual students. 5.
