Job Description The State College Area School District is seeking an anticipated Budget Secretary for its Career and Technical Center (CTC). This position provides administrative support to the CTC Director and works collaboratively with teachers, students, parents, and visitors to support the daily operations and accomplish all goals of the Career and Technical Center. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Maintaining the CTC budget and financial records. Processing purchase requisitions, invoices, and bank deposits. Support the planning and coordination of CTC activities and events. Performing a variety of clerical and administrative duties. Managing the CTC calendar, appointments, and meeting schedules.
