Job Description Position: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Location: Various Reports To: Executive Director of Student Support Services Work Year: 10-month (School Year Calendar) Non-Exempt, Non-Affiliated Support Staff The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) plans and provides direct behavioral support services to students under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and in collaboration with teachers, support staff, and administrators. The RBT implements behavior intervention plans, collects data, and assists in promoting positive student behavior to support academic and social-emotional success within the least restrictive environment.
