Job Description Reports to: Executive Director of Special Services Qualifications: Master's (MA or MS) or Educational Specialist (EdS) degree in Special Education, school psychology, or a related field with a focus on behavior analysis.Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or eligibility through the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB). Experience in providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities, including those with complex behavior issues, preferred. Proficient understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles, encompassing functional analysis methodology, verbal behavior, and ethical standards. Familiarity with ABA principles and suitable assessments and interventions for children in school settings.
