Job Description Worcester Cultural Academy Public Charter School is seeking an experienced and skilled BCBA to join our team in a unique split role serving two schools. This position is based primarily in Worcester (3 days per week) with regular presence at our sibling school--Old Sturbridge Academy--in Sturbridge (2 days per week). We are looking for a candidate who brings clinical expertise, a collaborative spirit, and a genuine commitment to supporting students with emotional, behavioral, and autism spectrum needs in an inclusive, high-expectation school environment.
