Job Description Sumter School District Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above. Must have a valid South Carolina teacher's certificate in Special Education (Preferably Multicategorical Certification but Learning Disabilities will be accepted). Minimum of 3 years teaching in special education. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.
