Job Description The Big Walnut Local School District is seeking a Behavior Specialist to begin with the start of the 2026/2027 school year. This position is located within the Big Walnut Schools, and will be hired through the ESC of Central Ohio . We seek an individual who is organized, efficient, and self-motivated. The successful candidate must have excellent communication and collaboration skills, and will contribute to the development of a healthy, safe, and caring environment by understanding the emotional and social development of children. The Behavior Specialist will implement behavioral intervention strategies within our building programs; assist in the collection of classroom and building data; and monitor, document, and compile progress data.
