Job Description Summary: The Coordinator will serve as an instructional leader supporting the implementation of high-quality K-5 Literacy and Social Studies curriculum, instruction, assessment, and instructional practices across the district. This role works collaboratively with the Elementary Literacy Supervisor to lead and manage key district initiatives, oversee projects and deliverables, and provide strategic support to schools and district teams in strengthening Tier 1 instruction and student achievement. Key responsibilities include curriculum development and implementation, instructional resource design, assessment and data analysis, instructional coaching, direct school-site support, cross-department collaboration, and the planning and facilitation of professional learning for teachers, coaches, and administrators.
