Job Description SCHOOL COUNSELOR General Statement of Job Promote student success, provide preventive services, and respond to identified student needs by implementing a comprehensive school counseling program that addresses academic, career, and personal/social development for all students. Required education Master's degree in School Counseling or 24 semester hours of the program completed. Experience working with students with special needs and/or mental health needs.
