Job Description Autistic Support Elementary Special Education Teacher The Coatesville Area School District is seeking a dynamic and student centered Elementary Autistic Support Special Education Teachers. These are for 2 of our Elementary Schools. Applicants should have a demonstrated capacity of teaching diverse learners. Applicants should be committed to the success of all students and should have an understanding of special education legislation, regulations and procedures. The successful candidate will have the demonstrated ability to adapt curriculum to meet all students' learning needs in order to ensure academic growth. Certifications: PA Special Education PK-12 or PA Special Education PK-8 Certification. External Candidates must upload required clearances. This includes the Act 34 (State Criminal Clearance), Act 151 (Child Abuse) and Act 114 (FBI Clearance). All Clearances must be within 1 year of application date.
