Job Description Title Teacher at Seneca County Youth Center (Anticipated 2026-2027) Reports To Direct Supervisor Scheduled Days As per employment contract FLSA Status Exempt Job Summary Under general direction, provides daily instruction to assigned students, prepares daily instructional lessons for students who do not have lessons from their individual schools or provides daily instruction to assigned students as prepared by their individual schools. Minimum Qualifications • Valid Ohio Teacher's License/Certificate • May require successful completion of communicable disease, child abuse, CPR, first aid, CPI and/or behavioral management training or other training as needed

Job Description Duties include: Able to work fast paced environment. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. An FBI/BCI background check and TB test is required (at own expense). Must be a quick learner, able to work on own after training.
