Job Description Title: Intervention Specialist (2026-2027) Schedule: Full Time Location: Tifffin Developmental Center -Tiffin Job Summary Plans, implements, and evaluates student learning experiences using a differentiated curriculum while aligning to Ohio's Learning Standards or Ohio's Learning Standards-Extended. Helps students manage behavior, identify goals, and make appropriate choices. Encourages parental involvement. Makeup of classroom may vary based on student needs (i.e., multiple disabilities, emotional disturbance, etc.) Minimum Qualifications • Valid Ohio Mild/Moderate and/or Moderate/Intense Special Education teaching license and required subject/grade level endorsements • Prior teaching experience helpful • Knowledgeable of Ohio learning and extended standards

Job Description Title: Preschool Teacher Schedule: Full Time Location: Family Learning Center Job Summary Under general direction, provides daily instruction to assigned students, prepares daily instructional lessons and supervises student participation in curricular, co-curricular, and related activities. Minimum Qualifications • Valid Ohio teaching license with a Preschool Intervention Specialist endorsement or Early Childhood Intervention Specialist licensure • Knowledge of Ohio's Early Learning and Development Standards • May require successful completion of communicable disease, child abuse, CPR, first aid, CPI and/or behavioral management training or other training as needed • Ability to efficiently multi-task on a daily basis • Ability to preserve confidentiality of student information and records
