Job Description JOB SUMMARY The Receptionist/Office Assistant serves as the initial point of contact for individuals making contact with the ESC. The Receptionist/Office Assistant provides information to members of the general public, facilitates access to the building, directs individuals to appropriate ESC staff members, and provides directions to individuals attending meetings at the ESC. The Receptionist/Office Assistant implements and coordinates the background check program for the ESC and serves on the ESC safety committee. Job Description JOB SUMMARY The Early Childhood Education Coordinator for Quality Assurance & Operations will support the Preschool Program operated by the ESC of Lake Erie West. The Coordinator will ensure the smooth operation of the preschool program, ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, and maintain program records that document quality and compliance. The Coordinator will ensure the early childhood diagnostic process runs seamlessly. The Coordinator will work in collaboration with the Early Childhood Coordinator of Curriculum and Staff Development to ensure that all preschool program sites meet the highest requirements of Ohio's Step Up to Quality program.
