Job Description JOB SUMMARY The Supervisor will ensure the smooth operation of the preschool program, including coordinating, supervising, evaluating, and providing leadership to early childhood educators in the Early Childhood Public Preschool Program and the Early Childhood Coordinator. The Supervisor will provide oversight of the educational program to ensure high-quality curriculum and instruction, ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, and maintain program records that document quality and compliance. The Supervisor will ensure the early childhood diagnostic process runs seamlessly. The Supervisor ensures that all preschool program sites meet the highest requirements of Ohio's Step Up to Quality program.
