Job Description JOB SUMMARY The Coordinator of Gifted, STEM, and Talent Development provides leadership and support to area districts, gifted staff, and general educators to select, adapt, or create a variety of differentiated curricula that incorporates advanced, conceptually challenging, in-depth, distinctive, and complex content for students identified as gifted as well as those who would benefit from talent development. Through this role, the Coordinator of Gifted, STEM, and Talent Development plans, develops, and implements the programming at the Challenger Learning Center (CLC) of Lake Erie West either individually or in collaboration with Interactive Science Specialists that are scheduled and supervised by the Coordinator.
