Position: Part-Time (.4 FTE) 2 days/week Essential Job Functions: Provide primary and acute care, and manage chronic conditions of students enrolled in the School-Based Health Center (SBHC). Work as team member of High School Health Office, collaborating with the School Nurse and Mental Health Provider.
