Job Description Welcome to Maine School Administrative District #75 Serving Maine's Midcoast communities of Bowdoin, Bowdoinham, Harpswell, and Topsham, MSAD 75 is home to over 2,350 students and more than 600 faculty and staff members. MSAD 75 is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our School-Based Health Center at Mr. Ararat High School. Position: Part-Time (.4 FTE) 2 days/week Essential Job Functions: Provide primary and acute care, and manage chronic conditions of students enrolled in the School-Based Health Center (SBHC). Work as team member of High School Health Office, collaborating with the School Nurse and Mental Health Provider. Provide administrative oversight of the SBHC; fulfill grant requirements and reporting to the Maine Center for Disease Control (ME CDC). Other duties as assigned.
