Job Description The Troy Area School District is seeking a cafeteria manager for the 2026-2027 school year. The Cafeteria Manager shall be directly responsible to the Food Service Director for supervision and evaluation. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Prepare food following standardized recipes, in accordance with the menu. 2. Follow state and federal guidelines concerning the use and care of equipment, personal habits and sanitation standards. 3. Count and deposit all monies of the cafeteria daily. 4. Record amounts of money received for all accounts in accordance with guidelines given by the Food Service Director. 5. Requisition food according to menu and maintain food inventory. 6. Assist in the cafeteria to include food preparation, service and cleaning. 7.
