Job Description Position Summary The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for performing standard accounts payable functions while also supporting the financial administration and compliance of school district grants. This role ensures timely and accurate processing of invoices, maintains financial records, and assists in tracking and reporting grant expenditures in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations. Key Responsibilities Accounts Payable Functions Process invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests in a timely and accurate manner Verify approvals, coding, and supporting documentation for all expenditures Prepare and process checks, ACH payments, deposits and warrant runs Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Maintain vendor files, including W-9s and related documentation Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain positive relationships Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes Ensure compliance...
