Job Description Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum five (5) years full-time experience in marketing, communications, digital marketing, advertising, retail merchandising, graphic design, social media management, or related field. Demonstrated experience developing and executing business careers Proficiency with industry software and experience with Principles of business, marketing, economics, consumer literacy, entrepreneurship, website design, and accounting. Experience in retail operations, customer service, or entrepreneurship preferred. Teaching experience preferred Business Technology Vocational Technical certification from the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (or willingness to pursue and obtain).
