Job Description POSITION SUMMARY: The 5th Grade Math/Science Teacher will be responsible for teaching five sections of math and science to a diverse population of 5th-grade students. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to academic excellence, student-centered instruction, and a collaborative approach to teaching and learning. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Deliver high-quality math and science instruction to 5th-grade students. Plan, implement, and assess lessons aligned with district and state standards.
