Job Description Salary: Classification 1- Level 2 Starting $17.18 per hour Health, Dental,Vision, Life and Long Term Disability Paid Holidays and Leave Time SUMMARY The job of Pupil Accounting Aide was established for the purpose/s of assisting in the management of student information needed to comply with the pupil accounting requirements of the school district, county, and state. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Assists the Supervisor of Pupil Accounting in the following: • Facilitates all aspects of student enrollment including registration, compiling, and verifying the necessary documentation and the dissemination of the same (ie: resident, non-resident, School of Choice, etc.); required to meet local district, state and federal guidelines. • Maintain and process student records such as CA-60's, scanning enrollment documentation, student transcripts and records retention materials as required to meet local district, state and federal guidelines. •...
