Job Description Kitchen Helper/Titan Express 5.75 Hours per day - 5 Days per week 6:15am - 7:45am 9:00am - 1:15pm 183 Days per year SUMMARY: To assist in the preparation and serving of food to students/staff in a quick and professional manner. ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES: P erform daily food preparation as assigned, including but not limited to salad making, sandwich making, deli slicing, cookies, pretzels, etc. I mplement H.A.C.C.P. procedures as requested. A ssist with the daily cleaning of all kitchen equipment and ensure cleanliness and sanitation conditions are met. S ets up and breaks down serving lines (salad bar, hot food, a la carte, snack food line and room, etc.).
