Job Description REGIONAL SCHOOL UNIT NO. 57 Office of the Superintendent Waterboro, Maine 04087 SPECIAL EDUCATION TEACHER - Massabesic Middle School POSITION SUMMARY: Designs, delivers, and explicitly teaches evidence-based instruction in executive functioning skills (including organization, time management, task initiation, and goal setting) and social-emotional learning (including emotional self-regulation, self-advocacy, social communication, and coping strategies) tailored to student IEP goals. Collaborates with school counselors, social workers, and general education teachers to integrate positive behavioral interventions, executive functioning strategies, and social-emotional supports across all learning environments.
