Job Description QUALIFICATIONS: Possess experience in Special Education K-12, as well as comprehensive knowledge relative to working with students who present with significant learning delays, as well as difficulties managing behavior, coping with frustration, following multi-step directions and/or regulating emotion. Demonstrated knowledge of curriculum and curriculum development including planning, implementation and evaluation of materials, supplies and lessons. Demonstrated knowledge of effective classroom management skills. Demonstrated ability to work with students of all ability levels, as well as modification of material for student growth Demonstrated evidence of the ability to reflect and contemplate on one's teaching allowing for growth and excellence.
