Job Description Summary: This position is solely responsible for the operation and management of the Parent Resource Center ("PRC"), which promotes awareness of the services provided by Frederick County Public Schools for students with disabilities and their families. This includes encouragement of parent participation in the educational decision-making process and coordinating seminars, and training programs, and providing information to foster the parent/professional partnership. This position also facilitates PRC's service as a resource for educators and the community. Qualifications: Must hold a Virginia Teacher License with an Endorsement in Special Education Minimum of 5 years of special education teaching experience.
