Job Description Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Windham SAU# 95 Windham, NH 2026-2027 School Year Position Summary: The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) provides behavioral assessment, program development, consultation, and direct support to students to promote positive behavioral outcomes and access to learning. The BCBA collaborates with educators, related service providers, administrators, and families to design and implement evidence-based interventions that foster student independence, skill acquisition, and school success. The BCBA supports staff through coaching, modeling, and training to ensure effective implementation of behavior plans and data-driven decision making across school settings.
