Job Description EASTCONN is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified School Social Worker to join our CDT (Clinical, Developmental & Therapeutic) Program. This position plays a critical role in supporting students with complex social, emotional, behavioral, and developmental needs within a structured educational setting. Position Overview The School Social Worker will provide direct and indirect services to students enrolled in EASTCONN's CDT program, working as part of a multidisciplinary team that includes educators, clinicians, behavior support staff, and related service providers.
