Job Description Nutrition Services Supervisor Windham SAU# 95 Windham, NH 2026-2027 School Year Core Responsibilities Food Preparation & Safety: Responsible for cooking and preparing daily menu items while maintaining safe temperatures and quality. Strict adherence to the NH Sanitation Code and student allergy awareness is required. Kitchen Management: Oversees the cleaning of all equipment and workstations. Manages inventory, conducts monthly counts, and ensures proper storage or disposal of food and supplies. Leadership & Supervision: Supervises and trains a team of five (5) direct reports.
