Job Description Worcester Cultural Academy Charter Public School is seeking an experienced and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a part-time capacity. This is a 2-3 day per week position serving our K-7 school community in Worcester. We are looking for a candidate who brings clinical expertise, a collaborative spirit, and a genuine commitment to supporting students with emotional, behavioral, and autism spectrum needs in an inclusive, high-expectation school environment.
