Job Description Job Title: Lead Maintenance Technician Location: Facilities Department Position Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt School Year: 2026-2027 Salary Range: $32.75 - $35.00 hourly, commensurate with experience POSITION SUMMARY: The Lead Maintenance Technician is a senior, hands-on member of the Facilities Department responsible for performing skilled maintenance, repair, preventive maintenance, and construction work throughout Abby Kelley Foster Charter Public School facilities. In addition to performing skilled maintenance work, the Lead Maintenance Technician assists the Director of Facilities with supervising and coordinating the day-to-day work of the maintenance team, maintaining the department work schedule, prioritizing assignments, and helping ensure maintenance requests and projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
