Job Description The Greene County ESC is hiring a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year to work with school age children in our GCESC Intensive Needs Classrooms. This unique position has a very small caseload of less than 20 students with significant special needs and a primary focus on functional communication and academics. Most of the students on this caseload are non-verbal or minimally verbal. This is a highly collaborative role with push-in services imbedded in each classroom and partnership with classroom teachers, paraprofessionals and the Occupational Therapist. Experience with a total communication approach and AAC is required. We are prepared to highly compensate the right professional for this critical role.
