Job Description General Definition of Work The Executive Director of Compensation and Educator Licensure under minimal supervision, performs senior level work with considerable decision-making discretion providing oversight of educator licensure, salary structure development, pay practices, job classification administration, and other related compensation programs that support the district's strategic objectives. Employee performs advanced and supervisory work to carry out Board of Education policies and procedures related to a wide variety of programs and activities under the direction of the Chief of Human Resources.
