Job Description SALARY (Non-negotiable) $38,417 - $61,963 includes benefits package Pay Grade 7 HOURS 40 hours, 12 months, 260 days Contract Unit: This position is part of the non-supervisory support services bargaining unit. FLSA: Non-exempt QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Three (3) years of grounds maintenance experience preferred. Ability to communicate effectively using the English language when deemed necessary. Possession of a valid CDL license (minimum class B). Ability to maintain accurate daily records. General knowledge of the common practices, tools, terminology and safety precautions of the grounds keeping trade. Must successfully complete a course in the operations of a forklift given by the Board of Education's Facilities Department.
