Job Description PRIMARY FUNCTION: Acts as administrative assistant to the Building Principal. This position requires initiative, ability to work independently or as a team, and analytical thinking. The position relies heavily on organizational skills, effective communication, and a desire to be part of a school team. Key Responsibilities: Secretarial support including but not limited to managing calendar, scheduling meetings, clerical work, data entry, and communication systems management Front office management including but not limited to providing assistance to visitors, students, staff in person, via phone, and email; maintain and organize office supplies; coordinate with outside organizations that use our facilities; maintain employee absence system and assist building administration with coverage Assist with school budget and maintain fiscal records, including preparing and submitting requisitions, making deposits (if necessary) and maintaining bank records....
