Job Description General Definition of Work The Coordinating Teacher, Multilingual Learner Curriculum, under moderate supervision, performs complex work with limited decision-making discretion providing supplemental curriculum support to teachers and administrators with multilingual learner (ML) students. This position develops, monitors, analyzes, and evaluates ML curriculum materials and resources as well as monitoring the development of school-based Language Instruction Educational Programs (LIEPs) and individual ML plans. Job Description GENERAL STATEMENT OF JOB Under limited supervision, performs a variety of supervisory and administrative tasks to provide leadership and coordination of curricular and instructional programs across all organizational levels. Employee is responsible for supporting and coordinating the efforts of principals as well as central office curriculum and instructional personnel. Work involves coordinating English language Arts (Pre K-5), mathematics (PreK-5), science (PreK-5), social studies (PreK-5) and AIG.
