Job Description The Dean of Students & Leadership Development serves as a member of the school leadership team and assists the principal in promoting a safe, supportive, and productive learning environment. The Dean supports student behavior, attendance, school climate, family engagement, and student support initiatives while participating in leadership development experiences designed to prepare future school administrators. The position is intended to strengthen both student outcomes and the district's internal leadership pipeline. As part of our Believe in Us: Achieving our Potential Together Strategic Plan this position serves as a launching point into the path of administration. The locations of this position are as follows: Sandy Hill Elementary School and Cambridge-South Dorchester High School .
