Job Description Job purpose Build the knowledge and skills capacity of Ohio professionals working in early learning settings by working locally and coordinating regionally and statewide to provide Early Childhood Mental Health trainings and staff development as put forth by the OMHAS Whole Child Matters ECMH Grant. Duties and responsibilities Align practice and work with the agency mission, vision, guiding principles, trauma-informed care, the Neurosequential Model and the Re-ED philosophy. Support DCY's ECMH service capacity-building objective by providing trainings and communities of practice for ECMH professionals with the goal of helping them to obtain the ECMH the Consultation Credential and the Ohio Infant Mental Health Credential. Provide Step Up to Quality (SUTQ) and Ohio Approved training sessions, which will a) support providers in earning their stars in the SUTQ system and b) support professionals in acquiring or renewing their ECMH Professional Credential....
