Job Description Position Summary A full-time teacher is needed to provide academic, behavioral, and social-emotional support to students in a structured, small-group learning environment. The teacher will create a positive and supportive classroom where students can continue their academic learning while developing the skills and strategies needed to successfully transition to a traditional classroom setting. The teacher will design and deliver short-term, individualized and small-group learning experiences that support students' academic progress, self-regulation, decision-making, conflict resolution, and positive school behaviors. The teacher will collaborate closely with school administrators, teachers, families, and other support staff to help students experience success and prepare for their transition back to the traditional school environment.
