Job Description Position title: Support Staff Reports to: Principal Employment category: Full-time/12-Month/Hourly FLSA status: Non-Exempt POSITION SUMMARY Maritime Academy Charter School Custodial Support Staff will assist with maintaining a sanitary and safe facility for students, staff and the public; providing equipment and furniture arrangements for meetings, classroom activities and other school events; minimizing property damage, loss and liability exposure to the school. Daily attendance and punctuality are required for the purpose of ensuring the goals of the work are met. MACS has a culture of respect and kindness. Our Support Staff are expected to exhibit respect and kindness for all staff members, students and families, while maintaining school expectations both behaviorally and academically.
