Job Description Director of MTSS & SEL Integration SUMMARY The Pawtucket School Department is seeking a Director of MTSS & SEL Integration . This position provides leadership in the development, implementation, and evaluation of Social Emotional Learning (SEL) and Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) across schools. The Director works collaboratively with administrators, teachers, students, and families to ensure a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment that promotes academic, social, and emotional growth for all students. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong knowledge of culturally responsive practices, data-driven decision making, and effective instructional and behavioral supports.
