Job Description ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Educational Leadership and Student Achievement Provide leadership in establishing and implementing district educational goals and priorities. Monitor student achievement, assessment results, school report card grades, graduation rates, and other performance indicators. Promote effective curriculum, instructional strategies, assessment practices, and evidence-based interventions.
