Under the supervision of the Behavior Interventionist (BI) and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), and in collaboration with school administrators, teachers, and counselors, the Technician delivers direct behavior-analytic services, including implementation of Behavior Support Plans (BSP), data collection, and Tier 1 and Tier 2 interventions designed to improve student behavior, emotional regulation skills, and access to instruction.
