Job Description POSITION PURPOSE: Responsible for the prompt, efficient diagnosis and repair of all District supported computer hardware and associated peripherals for assigned locations. Provides installation, diagnosis and resolution of all approved client software. Assists in the diagnosis and resolution of network hardware and client issues. Understands and assists in the installation of all District supported and approved network premise wiring for Ethernet and Wireless Access Points. Additionally, this position will provide instructional technology support and oversee the online curriculum platforms and industry certification testing.
