Job Description Reports to: HR Director Work Schedule: 8 hours per day; Monday through Friday; 52 weeks per year Primary Purpose The District Administration Building Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for all visitors, callers, and guests to the central administration office. This role provides crucial reception and clerical support to ensure the efficient and professional operation of the district's main office. Essential Job Functions Reception and Communication: Greet and welcome all visitors, vendors, and staff to the administration building in a professional and courteous manner. Implement and enforce visitor sign-in/sign-out procedures and issue visitor passes to maintain building security.
